Keil MDK v6 introduce un approccio moderno allo sviluppo embedded, costruito su flussi open‑source sviluppati da Arm e dal suo ecosistema. L’obiettivo è permettere ai team di lavorare con la massima libertà, scegliendo l’ambiente più adatto al proprio workflow.

Consente agli sviluppatori di implementare e gestire i loro progetti in modo sempre più efficace e completo.

Realizzato su base C/C++, Arm Development Studio è la nuovissima toolchain che Arm ha espressamente pensato per la progettazione integrata di qualsiasi sistema Arm-based, ovvero di qualsiasi soluzione embedded che utilizzi SoC realizzati su base architetturale Cortex.

Consente di gestire in un unico IDE l’intera gamma dei processori Arm: Cortex-M, Cortex-R e Cortex-A. Per i progetti basati su Cortex-M, Arm Development Studio integra al gran completo le funzionalità di Keil MDK, l’ambiente di sviluppo attualmente più performante di cui gli sviluppatori possano avvalersi per lo sviluppo di soluzioni che sfruttano, per l’appunto, l’architettura Cortex-M.
